I had an unfortunate stay at this hotel. While the location was great, close to the jetty and Kuah town, the room quality and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The service seemed lacking, making me feel like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place, especially for families, as there are better options around.
My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The rooms were incredibly musty and dirty, with a toilet that looked ancient and no shower curtain. I wouldn't even let my kids in the murky swimming pool. It's quite a trek to get to any shops for basic needs too. If you're looking to save money, this could be an option, but I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, with dirty and outdated rooms that did not match the pictures online. The check-in process was fast, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness were lacking. The breakfast selection was limited, and we encountered issues with service as well. Despite being quiet and having potential, it did not offer the value we expected for the price paid.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were moldy and run-down, and the air conditioning barely worked. Unfortunately, the pool was also dirty, which made it tough to relax. It’s a decent option if you’re on a tight budget, but definitely not ideal, especially for families.
I booked two family rooms for a five-night stay and was overall satisfied. The location is superb, with everything conveniently nearby, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a strange smell at first, but we got used to it after a while. The staff was friendly and helpful, but parking was a bit challenging during this busy time.
